school-based immunization update
School-based immunizations, including Meningococcal ACYW-135, Hepatitis B & HPV-9 are normally completed in school-based vaccination programs. For students behind on immunizations, please visit a Halton Region Immunization Clinic or book an appointment with your family doctor.
Halton Region Public Health is offering community immunization clinics through out the Summer 2024 (by appointment or walk-in):
- Students in Grades 9 - 12: January & February 2025
- Students in Grade 2, 7, & 8 : late February & March 2025

Reporting Immunizations
Parents/legal guardians must report their child's immunization record to Halton Region Public Health online when they receive any vaccine(s), unless the vaccine is administered at a Halton Region Public Health clinic. Click on the 'Report Immunization' button below to report your child's immunization for Halton Region Public Health.
