Please note our e-mail service in an informational resource only and as such is not an access point to initiate a medical service.

 Effective April 24, 2025: Due to high volume of e-mail inquiries, many of which are outside the scope of our e-mail function as “an information resource for patients" e-mails pertaining to a service access or requiring a reply within 5 business days (M-F 8:30 -4:30) will NOT receive a reply.

NBMC values timely reply to our stakeholders and at this time we do not have the resources to respond to e-mails outside the e-mail communication scope. We appreciate your understanding that e-mail is not an appropriate channel for timely communication.

Steps to view e-mails received from admin@northburlingtonmedical.com effective March 1, 2024:

1. E-mails in your inbox will appear through the domain:  noreply@barracuda.com.
2. Create an account and password (one time only) to view the e-mail.

*Note: E-mails in the secure portal will automatically delete after 30 days.
