Please call the Family Practice to schedule a Meet & Greet with either physician.

You are also welcome to transfer to another family physician outside of North Burlington Medical Centre (fees are associated with the transfer of medical records per OMA Guidelines).

As always, the Walk-In Clinic is also open 365 days per year for your urgent medical needs, including prescription refills.
